The facility was designed for the bank operations on the main level, tenant space on the upper level and community space in the lower basement level. APEC Engineering, Inc provided Structural Engineering and Civil site design services for this project.

The bank was designed using conventional wood framed construction and concrete foundation systems. Some structural steel was introduced for larger beam spans and for lateral supprt in certain areas. The roof is constructed with metal-plate connected wood trusses. Specal design for the cash vault was required not only to meet strength and reinforcing requirements, but the lid also supported the large mechanical air-handling system for the entire building.
