Our Structural Engineers worked closely with the developer to provide a building design that would fit the parameters of the building pads, the plaza design requirements and the flexibility for future improvements.

Pad E: 12,000 sq-ft retail building
Pad C: 8,000 sq-ft commercial condominium
Pad J: 6,000 sq-ft food service building
Pad B: 5,000 sq-ft Sizzler Restaruant

All the buildings are of conventional wood frame construction on concrete foundations. The flat roof systems are framed with propietary open-web trusses that clear span the space for maximum tenant improvement flexibility.
