Take Me There Indian Springs Ranch Subdivision is a 323 lot residential and commercial subdivision with an adjoining public golf course and public trail system for pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians. APEC Engineering was selected by the developers to provide land use planning, engineering designs and reports for public roads, water and sewer facilities, Montana Dept. of Transportation approach permit application, reports and designs, and construction inspection and certification. This particular project covered many aspects of civil engineering, from land use planning, public outreach, public facility design, environmental review and permitting, transportation facility analysis and impact studies, road way and drainage design, to construction oversight andcertification. Construction plans and permitting were completed in 2007, currently 2 phases of the construction have been completed.
