7,383 sq-ft & 5,500 sq-ft Commercial Use Buildings APEC Engineering, Inc provided Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering services for the two new office buildings located across from Pine Lodge.

The buildings are conventional wood framed and heavy timber construction on a concrete crawlspace foundation. Concrete pits were installed in the crawl space to accomodate the mechanical system for the buildings. The main roof is framed with metal-plate connected wood truss and heavy timber glulam trusses at the entries.
