TThe Wilderness Club is a upscale golf course and living community located on 545 acres northwest of Eureka Montana. There are 272 homes and 47 cabins planned within this development along with an 18 hole golf course. APEC Engineering was selected by the developers to provide land use planning, environmental permitting and review, public road design, bid letting, contractor selection, construction administration and certification. Construction plans and permitting was completed in 2007. Currently two phases of construction and the golf course are completed. APEC Engineering prepared design plans, reports and specifications for a new public water supply and wastewater collection and treatment system for review and eventual approval from Montana Department of Environmental Quality. In addition, we are also providing Structural Engineering services for the design and construction of communal support facilities such as the irrigation pumphouse and maintenance facilities.![]()
