APEC Eningeering, Inc provided complete Civil and Structural Engineering services for this 22,000 sq-ft automobile facility located along Highway 93 South.

The structural system consisted of a conventional shallow concrete foundation that supporting CMU bearing walls and structural steel framing system. The lateral support is provided through the CMU bearing walls as well as the structural steel braced frames. Special design coordinate was required to connect the pre-designed "Portal", located at the entrance of the building, to the main structure. Take Me There Toyota
