Joe conducts geological and soil examinations along with site surveys, environmental permitting from local, state and federal agencies and designs environmental mitigation and rehabilitation measures. He is also involved in the designing of sanitary wastewater conveyance and treatment systems, stormwater conveyance and detention/retention systems, and residential to municipal drinking water infrastructures.

For over a decade Joe has been involved in Flathead Valley baseball and softball programs as coach, director, or complainer.
