Marc is an owner and principal of APEC Engineering, bringing to the table over 27 years of expereince. Marc leads our Civil Engineering department and provides APEC with great knowledge and expertise in infrastructure design, water utility and waster water treatment deisgn and implementation, and subdivision planning process. It is Marc's personal commitment and proven ability to understand and manage the entirety of a project, from initial concept to construction, which adds substantial value to every project and produces satisifed clients
