Marc is an owner and principal of APEC Engineering, leading our Civil Engineering department. He provides APEC Engineering with great knowledge and expertise in infrastructure design, water utility and wastewater treatment design and implementation, and subdivision planning process. His talent for translating clients project goals, budget requirements and project schedule into the highest quality designs, results in significant cost savings. It is Marc's personal committment and proven ability to understand and manage the entirety of a project from initial concept to construction, which adds substantial value to every project and produces satisfied clients. Marc's on-going involvement in water system operation/management provides invaluable expertise to small and medium size water & sewer districts.
