Marc Liechti
​Marc is the owner and principal of APEC. He provides APEC with great knowledge and expertise in infrastructure design, water utility and wastewater treatment design and implementation, and the subdivision planning process. His talent for translating clients project goals, budget requirements and project schedule into the highest quality designs, results in significant cost savings. It is Marc’s personal commitment and proven ability to understand and manage the entirety of a project from initial concept to construction, which adds substantial value to every project and produces satisfied clients.
Owner/Principal

Justin Ahmann, PE, CFM
Justin is our Director of Civil Engineering and Project Manager. He provides APEC with a strong understanding of the Civil Engineering field, from preliminary concept through construction. His primary responsibilities include: storm water management, water system design, erosion and settlement control, wastewater system design and analysis, commercial and residential site development, water beneficial and environmental permitting, and construction management. Justin is currently licensed in Montana, North Dakota and Virginia. He is also an ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager and a certified water and wastewater operator.

Kim Larson, AIA
Kim is our Senior Project Manager and Senior Architect. Kim has in-field construction experience to compliment his architectural background. He is responsible for the planning and design of our projects and oversees that each project meets requirements, deadlines and specifications. His primary responsibilities include: commercial and residential structure planning and design, site planning and layout, planned unit development design, and construction administration.

Tobias Liechti, PE
Toby is our Design Engineer and Construction Inspector. He provides APEC with a well-rounded knowledge of civil engineering including environmental monitoring and construction field experience. Toby provides the necessary skills to coordinate project information from all disciplines to initiate & monitor construction and he understands the importance of an accurate and well-coordinated communication. His primary responsibilities include: residential and commercial site design, water system design, sanitary sewer design, storm sewer design, and construction administration.

Tamara is our Architectural Designer. She provides APEC with a diverse skill set, working from subdivision layouts and submittals to residential home design.

Tristram prepares computer rendered drawings that include civil plan sets, 3-D models, contour maps and graphics.

24 Hours of Flathead
12 & 24 Hours of Flathead Mountain Bike Race is a a non-profit organization that provides adaptive sports equipment and recreational opportunities to those who live with paralysis and other life altering disabilities in the Flathead Valley and other surrounding valleys. APEC is proud to be a sponsor of this great organization as well as having several employees volunteer during the race.
